Flori Prough was born and raised in Wellsboro, Pennsylvania. She attended college at Bryn Mawr and earned her J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2010 and her LL.M. in Tax Law from the same law school in 2011. With her LL.M., Flori acquired her Estate Planning Certificate. While in law school, Flori clerked for the Honorable Marjorie O. Rendell of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit in Philadelphia. After law school, she served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Sallie Updyke Mundy when Justice Mundy was on the Superior Court of Pennsylvania. After her clerkships, Flori worked as Trust & Estate Planning Officer at First Citizens Community Bank, where she assisted clients in developing and meeting estate planning goals, administered fiduciary and investment accounts, and ran FCCB’s mineral management program. Prior to opening Leete & Prough, PLLC, Flori practiced law at Spencer, Gleason, Hebe & Rague, P.C. in Wellsboro.
